(I'll be posting a written post very soon, but we've been enjoying some incredible family time together these past few weeks.)
A very Happy New Year to each of you!
(For more WW go to the hub or visit 5 minutes for Mom.)

(The picture didn't turn out well, but hopefully you can see a bit of the snow falling...)
And now that I'm coming off this little unplanned break, I'll be visiting all of you to find out about your Christmas celebrations.

My five year old Lil Cherub drew this last night.

Notice our new multi-colored star that hubby brought home!

And here is one of my favorite collections. My mom and I each started collecting years ago, before I was married.
My husband gave me an official It's a Wonderful Life train set a few years ago...it's suppose to go around the village but we currently don't have a table big enough for Bedford Falls and the train, so for now, it's resting in front.

That old world Santa we won at my husband's Christmas party last year and I just love it!
Now, bring your hot chocolate and step in this way to our...well...office, family room, grandma sleeping quarters, laundry area. (Amazing how a room this small can have so many purposes!)

No, let's keep looking...

"...he wants to get to back into designing and building, but I'm afraid this war will spoil a lot of things for us. Surely hope the U.S. can't get in it, it would take the best we love. I would like to get a chance at H*tler- it would be worth one's life to save our boys.
I have three of war age, God spare them.
Seems that we no more than get a new crop of boys, then along comes a nasty war to take them off."
