If this green guy once walked the earth, I am thinking he was pretty heavy.
My girls really enjoyed seeing him at the Pacific Science Museum in Seattle last summer...as long as they knew he wasn't real!

My oldest is at a Christian girls' club sleepover and so I must get back to my watching Barbie's Island Princess with my littlest...

I have always been fascinated with Dinasaurs & would loved to have gone to the exhibition which was in Portland recently. Neat picture of the girls when y'all were in Seattle.

YEah, my kids are glad they aren't around anymore as well. :)
My kids were SO disappointed in Barbie's Island Princess, and the music drove me berserk! The earlier ballet based ones were SO much better.

My kids love the Nutcracker, that and Rapunzel. My younger daughter liked The Island Princess enough to watch it twice but then it wen ton a Swap-a-Dvd. I think it does have more of the elements that appeal to the younger kids while the older ones appeal to older kids (and adults--I LOVE the ballet based ones.:))

Cool picture! I'll bet your girls would love the Royal Tyrell Dinosaur Museum in Drumheller, Alberta. You can even go out on actual day digs or watch scientists sorting and cleaning what's been found. Lots of activites for young kids. It's a treasure trove and a whole world unto it's own with all the hoodoo's outside and every dinosaur you can think of inside.

I'm glad we don't have them running around the forest now days!!! Can you imagine the tracks they would leave and how scared my horses would be???!!!
What a fun field trip!! I love getting my kids out to museums, and we just spent the entire day yesterday at one...but no dinosaurs.

I just love to read about dinosaurs. I should have been an archeologist. This looks like a great museum and I love the photo of your precious girls.
